The property is new and well appointed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well lit. The property is located close to the domestic terminal of the airport. Also, on the morning that we checked out of our room, one of the staff members went out of her way, literally, to direct us to the sky train.

Valarie is absolutely the best! Despite having to stay at the hotel due to snow, she was still just as cheery and helpful the next day. I returned two weeks later when I had an early flight. I opted to stay here instead of driving to the airport in the early hours of the morning. Again, wonderful stay!!

Many American hotels are old, dated relics of the 70s with feeble attempts at modernisation. Thus hotel is different. Clean, modern facility with friendly staff. And that skytrain by the door means you’re 5 minutes from the domestic terminal! Ideal.

The hotel was very modern, was close to the airport and safe for a solo female traveller. It also had access to a restaurant so there was no need to leave the property.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel located very conveniently to reach with the Skytrain from the airport. Couldn't be better.

Very close to domestic terminal sky train. Great comfy bed. Amazing shower and toiletries. Lovely breakfast. Staff so friendly and helpful

Everything was great except for the mess up in reservation and the parking fee! Why pay to park yourself when it cost $5 dollars more to have valet! $40 vs $45

Perfect stay. Just across the road from sky train. Took minutes to reach the domestic terminal. Comfortable beds. Super clean. Loved the food at the restaurant. Nice bar.
